McDonald's in Washington

"This location is fantastic. The employees are all super sweet, and they're quick and I have yet to ever have a bad experience there. I eat there about once every two weeks, and my food is always piping hot and accurately made. Edited to add: I had McDonald's on the brain after writing this so I decided to go grab some. I got there around 8:40 tonight, had my food a couple minutes later, super hot and well-made, after receiving very friendly service at both windows and at the drive-thru intercom. Also, I ordered a sweet tea half cut with unsweetened tea and it was perfect. And I didn't have to specify medium, that's what I got without asking! This location is awesome!"

"Shawn, the white boy with the accent was doing AMAZING keeping the ship sailing in bumpy waters. He jumped in when other staff was in a little over their heads and got everything situated and even went above and beyond just to get me my sauce. He’s great at his job, was so so nice and deserves all of the raises in the world."

"I had a great experience at this McDonald’s location! The service was excellent from start to finish. Ordering was quick and easy—there were no lines, and the staff was friendly and efficient. They even asked if I was a rewards member and whether I wanted to use any codes, which was a thoughtful touch. My order was prepared quickly, and everything was on point. The soft drink was perfectly carbonated and super refreshing. The fries were hot and crispy on the outside while staying soft inside—just how I like them. They came with just the right amount of sauce, and the sweet and sour sauce I requested was added without any issue. The staff also made sure to ask if I needed anything else or if anything sounded good, which made the whole experience feel more personal. Overall, this was a great quick stop, and I really appreciated the attention to detail at this particular McDonald’s. Definitely will return for the workers doing there jobs and enjoying what they do."

"There is something about McDonald's that nobody knows. Even the executives at McDonald's Corp. Don't know this. Their espresso is better than Starbucks or any other coffee establishment for that matter. The problem is that there is no button that they can push to sell you one shot of espresso. We need McDonald's corporation to change that ask for a shot of espresso with two spoons of sugar and two creamers do not add water. That would make it in Americano. Just drink it as described. And you will be in heaven. On the streets we call it a Mickey D's cortado. Try it and you can thank me later."

"This McDonald's happens to be better than most. The food was fresh! (Thank you) And my order accurate, which is a big plus!! Lately I feel like I'm in the twilight zone!! Customer service is non existent and a lot of establishments are extremely rude, disrespectful and demining. But not this McDonald's. I had to wait a bit but I'm assuming it was because my food was fresh! Especially my fries! Gotta have fresh hot perfectly cooked fries!! The service was good and McDonald's employees polite. Thank you!"
